Join Platt students and faculty for a trip to Pasadena Norton Simon Museum. It must be one of the most pleasant museums on the West coast! Very low key, unpretentious and full of wonderful art and films. nested in the heart of Pasadena on a busy Colorado Blv. full of stores, coffee places, restaurants and bookstores. You will see many recognizable art pieces (van Gogh, Henry Moore, Picasso, Cezanne, Corot, David, Matisse, Javlensky...) and I am sure you will leave inspired! www.nortonsimon.org Students $15, guests $20 - the price includes ride in "Platt vans", entrance to the museum and a snack. |
