Accept our invitation to an art exhibit “Platt at Liberty Station: The Exhibition” featuring digital and fine artwork created by students and teachers of Platt College San Diego, school of art and design.
You’ll find the exhibition in the New Americans Museum at NTC Promenade.
The address: 2825 Dewey Road, Suite # 103, Point Loma, San Diego, 92106. (Directions: Interstate 5 – exit Rosecrans, left on Roosevelt, left on Historical Decatur – the destination is on your left, parking on your right.)
“Platt at Liberty Station: The Exhibition” summarizes the talent of Platt students that ranges from digitally enhanced original artworks, created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Maya, to fine photography, pastel, acrylics, water colors and other mixed media.
Platt College is a school featuring 21st century technology and mastering its potential, but it is also a school honoring the old fashion artistic approach to the digital art world by sharpening and practicing traditional art and design skills.
“Platt at Liberty Station: The Exhibition” opens on Friday, May 7, 2010, in conjunction with Friday Night Liberty at NTC Promenade, between Roosevelt and Dewey Roads in Liberty Station.
Join us in the Gallery Friday, May 7, 2010, from 6-9PM for a reception with poetry, music, and creativity.
